Alan has 40+ years of experience helping home builders and contractors. He also owns two motorcycles and enjoys restoring vehicles.

Sales Consultant
Bryan joined Andersen in 2000 and moved to Arizona after previously working in Colorado. When not at work, you can find him golfing, boating or biking.

Carleigh Steele
Sales Consultant
Carleigh has been in a sales role at Andersen for over 2 years. She is a former professional golfer, having played on the LPGA’s Symetra Tour for 5 years.

Lifelong Arizona resident with over 30 years in the window industry. Avid sports fan especially anything that pertains to the University of Arizona.

Mike has 20+ years in sales for the commercial construction industry. He is an avid sports fan and golfs as often as he can.

Caitlin has a Bachelors of Science in Interior Design and has 7 years of experience in architectural/design sales and 4 years of interior design. She likes to hike, go to the lake and practice yoga in her free time.

Project Coordinator
Matthew has 16 years of business-to-business experience that includes sales, customer service, marketing, general management & product management. He is on a mission to watch a game in every MLB stadium.

Project Coordinator
Kristin joined Andersen in 2024, bringing her passion for organization and teamwork to her role as a Project Coordinator. A 5th generation Arizonan, she enjoys watching her boys play baseball and spending time with her family.

Field Project Manager
Victor has held several positions at APBS, starting in Heritage production in 2019 and as a field installer in 2021.

Field Project Manager
David has been in the window and door industry for nearly 20 years. In his spare time, David enjoys working to improve his own home.

Sam Brodniak
Field Project Manager Intern
Sam joined Andersen in 2024 as an intern and is studying mechanical engineering at Arizona State University. He likes to either play or watch sporting events and spends much of his free time outdoors.
Installation and Service Team

John Garza
Lead Installer
John has over a decade of experience in construction and installation. He likes to listen to music while he works (some favorites are Sublime and Rage Against the Machine) and travel anywhere with a body of water.

Chase Mueller
Installer
Chase services and installs Andersen® windows and doors for APBS customers. Previously, he was a finish carpenter. Chase is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys hiking and kayaking.

Mike Stevens
Service Technician
Mike Stevens has been with Andersen for seven years. Mike enjoys exploring AZ with his wife in his RV, and spends his weekends camping and exploring. Mike is originally from Minnesota and is an avid Vikings fan. SKOL!!

Abraham Vazquez
Installer
Abraham joined the APBS team in 2024 with more than 8 years of installation and service experience. Abraham moved to Arizona from Wyoming two years ago to escape the cold winter months; we think he made a wise decision. In his free time, Abraham likes to spend time with his girlfriend, hit the gym and watch UFC fights on the weekends.

Alfonso joined the APBS team in 2024. He enjoys Italian food and listening to music, especially oldies, 80s and 90s music.

Eric Belcher
General Manager
Eric joined Andersen in 2016 and has a deep passion for legacy and culture, along with a commitment to enhancing the customer experience, preference, and loyalty. Eric and his wife are proud parents of four adult children, two of whom are currently serving in the Army. He values lifelong learning and enjoys playing golf, riding his motorcycle, and playing/writing/producing music in his spare time.

Chris has been in the Andersen family for over a decade and joined the APBS team in 2023. In his free time, Chris enjoys woodworking and rewatching Game of Thrones.

Installation Manager
Mike has 25 years of Window and Door experience and has been with Andersen for 16 years. Born and raised in AZ, he loves his local sports teams, and shares that passion with his wife Susanne and two teenage boys.

Jim has 35 years of trade experience and has been with Andersen for 18 years. He has a BA in product design and is an avid cyclist and runner.
