Meet the APBS team, part 6!

Name: Caitlin Dicks
Role at APBS: My role at APBS is, Market Development Manager. In this role I strategically establish, develop, and grow new & existing business partners in the luxury residential market.
How long have you worked at APBS?
2 Months! (Joined late November of 2023)
How did you get into this line of work? Growing up, I knew I wanted to be an Interior Designer. I received my Bachelors of Science in Interior Design and have spent the last 12 years in the design/building space — beginning my career in sales/interior design, spending three years designing fitness centers and with my most recent experience in the hard surface. Working in the building/construction space along top creative individuals is truly a blessing!
What kind of music do you listen to while you work? I listen to just about anything, but I love country music!
Favorite hobby: In my spare time I like to stay active. I enjoy hiking, going to the lake, and practicing Yoga.
Favorite travel spot: Maui. The beaches are amazing!
Favorite restaurant: SumoMaya! Fresh sushi & great vibes!
Name: Darryn Edestrand
Role at APBS: Sales Manager – APBS Arizona. Mentor, coach and resource for the APBS sales team.
How long have you worked at APBS?
I rejoined Andersen on December 27, 2023.
How did you get into this line of work? I started working part time at KML during the summer breaks when I was attending University.
What is the coolest or weirdest thing you’ve ever seen on a jobsite? A zero-edge pool suspended in air off the back deck of a house overhanging a sloped hill leading to the Pacific ocean in Southern California.
Favorite hobby: In my spare time, I enjoy playing hockey and golf.
Favorite travel spot: We enjoy the Southern California beaches and Ontario Great Lakes.
Favorite food: BBQ
